REGISTRATION

Enrollment for all courses is limited. Registrations are accepted and assignments are made in the order they are received. Registration opens November 27, 2023.

On-site registrations will be accepted starting on Thursday, May 9, 2023, during registration hours.

GUEST ROOM BLOCK

Book your guest room with the AANA Annual Meeting Room Block before Sunday, April 14, 2024, to receive the group discount. The discount rate cannot be guaranteed after that date.

FEES & STRUCTURE

The registration fee includes all continental breakfasts, coffee breaks, receptions, registration materials and general sessions. Instructional Course Lecture (ICL) registration is included in this fee, but registration is necessary.

REFUND POLICY

Registration refunds will be subject to a non-refundable $100 processing fee. Requests for refunds must be received in writing at the Association office by April 10, 2024. No refunds will be issued after April 10, 2024. Refunds will not be made for no-shows.

AANA will not be responsible for any costs or penalties associated with airline tickets, hotel reservations or other travel arrangements made by attendees. We encourage you to review the cancellation and refund policies of your chosen airline and accommodation providers carefully before booking.

AANA will not be liable for reimbursing any personal expenses incurred by attendees, including but not limited to travel and accommodation expenses, in the event of cancellation or changes to the conference schedule. This includes scenarios where the conference is canceled, postponed or altered due to circumstances beyond AANA's control.

Refunds are not available for add-ons and ticketed special events. Name changes will be allowed.

As we continue to navigate this post-COVID-19 world, we will continue to adhere to the recommended guidelines by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and make attendee health and safety our top priority.
