REGISTRATION

Enrollment for all courses is limited. Registrations are accepted and assignments are made in the order they are received. Registration opens December 2, 2024.

On-site registrations will be accepted starting on Wednesday, May 7, 2025, during registration hours.

GUEST ROOM BLOCK

Book your guest room with the AANA Annual Meeting Room Block before Saturday, March 15, 2025, to receive the group discount. The discount rate cannot be guaranteed after that date.

FEES & STRUCTURE

The registration fee includes all continental breakfasts, coffee breaks, receptions, registration materials and general sessions. Instructional Course Lecture (ICL) registration is included in this fee, but registration is necessary.

REFUND POLICY

Registration refunds will be subject to a non-refundable $100 processing fee. Requests for refunds must be received in writing at the Association office by April 10, 2025. No refunds will be issued after April 10, 2025. Refunds will not be made for no-shows.

AANA is not responsible for expenses incurred by an individual who is not confirmed and for whom space is not available at the meeting. Cost incurred by the registrant, such as airline or hotel fees or penalties are the responsibility of the registrant.

Refunds are not available for add-ons and ticketed special events.  Name changes will be allowed.

PHOTOGRAPHY/VIDEOGRAPHY

Registration and attendance at, or participation in, AANA25 and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to AANA’s use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee’s image. These images are used for marketing purposes and not distributed for individual purpose.

HEALTH AND SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
